Room structure

The diverse office landscape has open and closed areas. Room-in-room solutions keep the space structure flexible. Colours and materials provide visual and tactile stimulation.

Nature and office

BU by Covivio combines quality with sustainability and also offers a holistic plant concept. On average, 70 per cent of the furniture is made from recycled materials and is recyclable.

Equipment

The need to protect employees is taken into account thanks to appropriate distances between workstations. There is also the option of installing flexible or static partition walls. All standard workstations are ergonomically equipped, for example with a height-adjustable table and customised lighting.

Indoor climate

The climatic conditions are taken into account for the various work activities: Warmer temperatures prevail for creative tasks, colder temperatures for focussed tasks. The use of acoustically effective materials reduces noise, especially in the open areas. Natural lighting is used, particularly in the immediate vicinity of the standard workstations.
