ICON by Covivio loves green

The building has intensive greenery and numerous terraces and yards.

The strategy is literally green from the ground up, as the internal terraces are also intensively and extensively landscaped. With direct access from Friedrichstrasse to the green courtyard terraces.

Sustainability means a balanced relationship between people as well as combining the economy and ecology of property. People should feel comfortable in their urban living space in the long term. The majority of the large roof areas will be equipped with photovoltaic elements.

Second entrance area

The newly created outdoor area with its own parking bays leads directly from Talstrasse into the foyer. Newly planted trees form an atmospheric contrast to the wide glass front of the entrance.

Terraces

Lots of windows and terraces and therefore an extra portion of fresh air. From Friedrichstrasse, tenants and visitors have direct access to the leafy courtyard terraces.

Roof terrace

The numerous terraces are a special feature of the building. The internal terraces are intensively and extensively landscaped. The highlight is the sun deck and the sky view on the rooftop. Relaxed meetings or joint events can be held here.
